Jayne Mansfield and Marilyn Monroe were blonde bombshells whose fame exploded in the 50s and 60s. They had many things in common, including the tragic accidents that cut their lives short and their highly envied bosoms. Although both women drew the envious eyes of women and the desiring eyes of men, their breasts were actually very different in their shape and structure, and can help women make decisions about their breast augmentation procedures.
Breast implant placement
SERVING PHILADELPHIA, NEWTOWN SQUARE AND NEARBY AREAS IN PENNSYLVANIA
There are two placement options for breast implants. During your breast augmentation surgery, you can have your breast implants placed either over the muscle (called subglandular placement) or under the muscle (submuscular). Submuscular placement is recommended for a number of reasons: it can reduce your risk of capsular contracture, and reduce the chance that the implant will be able to be seen or felt after your surgery.
