How Long Will It Take To
Recover From A Facelift?
Located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Also serving West Chester, Newton Square, and Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania
A facelift involves a varying amount of swelling and bruising. Each patient heals differently and at a different pace. Within two weeks, the bruising has usually resolved to the point where it is possible to return to work and social situations. Final scar appearance takes a number of months. Make-up may be used during the healing phase to improve the appearance of scars or cover up early bruising.
The extensiveness of your facelift procedure will impact the healing time.
