After Breast Augmentation?

Moderate movement (slow walking) is recommended on the second day following your breast surgery. Patients should avoid aerobic exercise for a full two weeks after surgery. Unrestricted exercise (weight-lifting, sports, aerobics) can be resumed after three weeks.
